It's not Sefton Meadows, nr Lunt, which the local Wildlife Trust are now managing. It's Sefton Park in Liverpool (where I've had Kingfisher and all the decent parkland birds you'd expect.)

But yes, it stinks, and along with all the poor planning decisions in Hope Street recently it marks Joe Anderson's nadir thus far as Mayor ...
