Pallidirostris is overall quite a buff washed bird, only thing is the darker bill (which should maybe be a little more pinkish) but i could be wrong
Its a 2cy, presumably a female; worn (contrasting) grey-black primary coverts confirm age, pale lores and bill (its not black if blow the image up) should indicate female. Males have jet black bills and complete black mask including lores.
