Skua sp. Winterton on Sea, Norfolk, yday (1 Viewer)

I had a skua come fairly close in yesterday while walking along the beach at Winterton, and honestly I just don't see them regularly enough to get a feel - presumably an arctic or a pomarine, but in somewat transitional plumage from my understanding?

Any points would be much appreciated, especially if you can point out the ID features, which honestly I'm struggling with as fairly nebulous in this bird?
