Small Flycatcher ID Help (Green Valley, AZ) (1 Viewer)

Odd - seems to have short primaries but doesn't look like anything that has short primaries. I guess it's a dull-looking Say's phoebe: uniform grey underparts but for rusty vent/lower belly. Thus would actually be a largish flycatcher rather than a small one.

The color looks like a Say's Phoebe but it is much smaller.
