A Snail Kite has been spotted and photographed along Old River Road in Clarendon County, SC.

I wonder if its presence here in South Carolina has anything to do with the massive fires going on in Florida.

Wouldn't surprise me. I imagine a good few birds will be wanting to leave the area and North is about the only direction open.
