Snugpak Sleeka (1 Viewer)

Anyone got one of these & care to share thier thoughts please in comparison to a heavyweight fleece as outerwear

TIA

Used one in the past, they were issue garments where I was working.
Excellent alternative to a heavy fleece as there is a good amount
of windproofing incorporated into the fabric.
It is very light and packs down well but you would need something else to go over it to provide water resistance if needed.
There are a couple of specifications available, I used the basic model.

Although it's not a "sleeka" I have a Snugpak Vapour Active Smock which I use as a winter coat, it's lightweight, windproof , water repellent and very warm. I've worn it for the past 2 winters in all kinds of conditions and it's never failed to keep me warm and dry. I would definately buy another when this one is no longer fit for purpose,

Thanks for that - I need a nfleece and came across the Snugpak so will give it sone serious attention as an alternative to Polatec 300
