It's still early for Nottinghamshire. I would expect them from May 5th onwards, but April records are far from impossible.

I have't seen one yet, but was lucky enough to have two of them in the garden last summer. I would like to think they will return.

Gardens are their fave habitat, so there's a fair chance.

Garden in woods, so I'm guessing they like woodland too!

not yet, last year they were very late here.

usually 2nd week of May before I see them, never seen one in April.

edit: just looked on Birdguides and there's a report of a bird at Upton, W Yorks....
