Seen two storks this morning circling above a hill in Maremma (southern Tuscany), inland by about 10km. I think they are Black Storks but wanted to confirm that I’m not confusing it with White Stork juvenile?

That's definitely Black Stork.

White stork juvenile is the same as white stork adult.

The white diamond-shaped area on the underside (belly and armpits) is diagnostic. White Stork shows significantly more white on the wing coverts and obviously the chest and neck.
