I took trips out to the Princess Alice Sea Mount and Condor Bank off the island of Faial in the Azores on 14th and 15th August respectively. There were quite a few storm-petrels flying around the locations - we saw none closer to land. I think they were all Wilson's because the legs projected beyond the tails - not terribly good photos attached. The only exception might be storm-petrel 3 which doesn't seem to show projecting legs and seems to have a heavy bill, so might be a Band-rumped. Anyone have any further thoughts?
Thanks.
Thanks.
