Thought these were flowers at first but had a surprise when they started jumping around. Weird looking things and my guess would be some kind of cricket.

Ah these things again! There's a thread a few weeks back of some in Malaysia, but I can't find it in a search. They're called something like fatid leaf hopper nymphs.
