Thrasher? Antigua (1 Viewer)

Photo from a family member with a casual interest in birds on holiday in Antigua.

I'm inclined towards it being a thrasher - either, most probably, Pearly-eyed (Margarops fuscatus) or perhaps Scaly-breasted (Allenia fusca) - but I have very little familiarity with Caribbean species.

My brother is adamant it's a Wood Thrush (Hylocichla mustelina), but I'm not seeing that at all.

Thanks in advance for confirmation.

Your bro could do with being a wee bit less dogmatic...
Pearly-eyed thrasher: scaly rather than streaky underparts + big pale bill.
Ah, he's harmless enough, but does tend to get very wedded to an opinion once he's made it. Structurally, it was all wrong for a thrush to me, but I've never been to the Caribbean and am not at all familiar with thrashers! Tbf, I only got to it being one of them from a bit of googling, my immediate first thought being a grackle... oops! Thanks for your help; much appreciated!
