Dr Paul Griveaud (1907–1980) was an entomologist who worked for many years at the Entomological Laboratory, ORSTOM, Antananarivo, Madagascar. He co-wrote La Protection des Richesses Naturelles, Archéologiques et Artistiques à Madagascar (1968). He has a reptile and a mammal named after him. He has a reptile and a mammal named after him.

Dr Paul Griveaud (1907-1980) French entomologist, resident in Madagascar (subsp. Accipiter francesiae, subsp. Cypsiurus gracilis, Treron).

Here p. 297 an obituary with picture . According the obit he was born 4. March 1907 in Nantes and died 10 October 1980 Marguerite/Pornichet.

Here p. 122 of 285 as Paul Alexis Jacques Griveaud. Unfortunately I couldn't find the full record. Seems to be in Archive muncipal de Nantes (but no idea where to find there).

(According to the notes added in the margin, he married Juliette Emma Rose Salvatge in Antananarivo on 27 Dec 1930.)
