Dr Paul Griveaud (1907–1980) was an entomologist who worked for many years at the Entomological Laboratory, ORSTOM, Antananarivo, Madagascar. He co-wrote La Protection des Richesses Naturelles, Archéologiques et Artistiques à Madagascar (1968). He has a reptile and a mammal named after him. He has a reptile and a mammal named after him.

Here p. 297 an obituary with picture . According the obit he was born 4. March 1907 in Nantes and died 10 October 1980 Marguerite/Pornichet.
Here p. 122 of 285 as Paul Alexis Jacques Griveaud. Unfortunately I couldn't find the full record. Seems to be in Archive muncipal de Nantes (but no idea where to find there).
