Recently there was a tropical-like kingbird photographed in Arroyo Grande California.

I think it looks like a Couch's Kingbird but there is only one California record and they do look so much alike that the committee requires vocals be heard. But often a wintering bird like this will not vocalize very much. A.R. Phillips in 1994 stated he was nearly certain there were Tropical & Couch's-like Kingbirds on the pacific slope of Mexico, I think this is one of those. Any brave enough to identify by photo alone?
