Trying to identify a bird by its call. (1 Viewer)

I can't seem to find this through my own research anywhere. I hear a bird song every morning that I'm trying to identify. I'm in central Indiana and the song is 4 notes that are in a minor key and sound similar to Rue's Whistle from the Hunger Games. However instead of ascending one note and then descending three, this one descends, ascends to a note higher than the original, then descends again.

Something like C-B-D-A but maybe not exactly. This is driving me nuts! Thanks.

Taking a wild stab at Whippoorwill, which is one of the few birds that really does say its name. Though it is more like C-B-D without the A...

First thing that comes to mind is a Chickadee, could be Black-capped or Carolina in Illinois I think. I don't remember their songs well but perhaps listen to both (they have a variety of vocalizations) and see if the fee-bee or fee-bee-bee type vocalizations sound similar.

As others have commented, if you were able to record it we could help a lot more.
