tough times for the Peregrine Falcons at Snoqualmie Falls. Misty went infertile in 2014, Velocity mated with her for 10 weeks and no eggs. This year Velocity mated with Misty again but after being 2 weeks late laying eggs, Velocity brought Vixen into the nest site, looks like a very young adult female. Misty and Vixen cohabitated. Vixen laid 4 eggs 2 weeks after being brought into the nest. Things were great until the first few days the 4 chicks started walking around on the nest site ledge, 2 fell out. I tried to save 1, but I was to late. 2 fledged. tough times but they are still getting it done, some great birds here, I wish them all my best in their future in the big wide world:
