Not sure, perhaps either Cassin's (grey) flycatcher or dusky-blue flycatcher. Of these Cassin's a better match as face looks quite plain. Also seems to have pale throat. All dark tail without white outer feathers eliminates some possibilities

White-eyed Slaty Flycatcher, in Bwindi the subspecies toruensis does not show any white eye-ring and best ID point is blue bill with black tip

Thanks! According to Stevenson and Fanshawe, Cassin's are always found over water, and that was a jungle with no water sources nearby, so I'll go with White-eyed toruensis.
