Vortex Diamondback 8x42 question (1 Viewer)

I recently got my self a pair of new binoculars and I chose the Vortex Diamondback 8x42. They work fine and I really like the feel of them in my hands. I do have one problem though. At certain angles there’s a bit of fogging in the lower part of the image. Is that veiling glare? Is there anyway to lessen it?

That's glare, right. Often a slight change in eye position, a different setting for the eye cups (further in or out) can solve the problem.
