Can we get a location a little less ambiguous ; ). To me Georgia here refers to the US state but the bird could also be an odd eurasian bird... to my semi trained eye. Especially since you label yourself as East European...

Hello, N of the US State, I don't know the exact location but near the border with Tennessee.
