Weird gull - Lake Constance, Switzerland (1 Viewer)

What do you think? In that area Caspian and Yellow-legged Gulls are the most common species. That individual looks good for a Caspian, but the very light eye is confusing. Is it sometimes happening in pure Caspians or does that mean that individual is a hybrid?

subadult Caspian Gull with pale eyes. nobody can guarantee it's a pure one but it is in the realm of possible anyway. 4cy or even 5cy.

Thank you for your answers! On other pictures, the black visible on primaries seems to be less important.

Yes, the large amount on the underside of p10 had me halted initially, but in subadult cachinnans it is possible that the pale tongue is shorter than half of the vsible feather. You can see the rectangular end of the tongue in pic 1, just peeking out behind the tertials.
