What is this Bird? (1 Viewer)

I really like number 1. That is a Mississippi Kite. Number 3 looks a little scarry. They have such a look on their face--enough to scare anything.
 
Like Tilly asked, a date, or simply month, when pic taken is always good to know! But as can be seen the tail is barred and there are some barred underwing coverts, mixed with adult looking plain grey feathers, all that makes this bird an immature, first summer Mississipi. Note the short outer primary. Great bird this is, and nice pic!
