Which Tern? Sungai Balang Paddyfields, Oct 2022 Johor Malaysia (1 Viewer)

Terns that have been recently spotted at Sungai Balang Paddyfields are the White-winged Terns (most common), Whiskered Terns and the Gull-billed Terns.
Need help with the ID of this one tern (same individual in all these photos) :
Top bird in Photo 1.
Front most bird in Photo 2.
This does not look like a White-winged Tern. Is the bill robust enough to be a Gull-billed Tern?

it's an adult Whiskered Tern (btw., often mistaken for Gull-billed Tern).

Note smudgy underparts. Gullible tern would never show that.
