White tailed eagle sighting (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have just joined as I was looking for information on where to mention a white tailed eagle sighting. I don't have a photo and although I had my iPhone was just too busy gaping so I know it can't be an official sighting. It was Toft Monks, near Beccles and I was standing outside the country airbnb we were in. Last Wednesday October 16th. I have seen many buzzards and red kites, there are plenty of them around the Mendips, but this was as someone I asked described it, like a 'flying barn door'. Magnificent and unforgettable sight.

Hi OWotM and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. They're magnificent birds, aren't they.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
