Willow Warbler or Common Chiffchaff in Uganda--Timu (1 Viewer)

Hello,
The bird was observed on 13.02.2025 near Timu, at an elevation of roughly 1900 m.
Phylloscopus trochilus is a very common overwinterer in Uganda, though I do not know if they occur up to elevations this high.
We regularly heard Phylloscopus collybita singing in the area, so they were definitely present.
This individual, however, was silent.
Anyway, hopefully someone can make something of the photo.
Thank you for any help!
