young bird in Atlanta (1 Viewer)

I took these pictures in my backyard near Atlanta, Georgia, USA, today. I normally see Starlings and Gackles with simular shaped beaks, but I don't think this is either of those. Does anyone know what it is?

I was confused the first time I saw a young one, too. One thing I can suggest is to always look at a bird's structure. You can't go wrong.
