Identification
16 cm
- Grey upperparts
- Paler grey underparts

Distribution
South America: found in eastern Bolivia to north-eastern Paraguay and campos of eastern and southern Brazil.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Cerrado, woodland and shrub.
Behaviour
Usually seen in pairs
Diet
The diet includes insects.
Breeding
It builds a deep cup shaped nest, lined with grasses, placed in a small tree or bush. The clutch consists of 2 or 3 eggs.
