Distribution
Taxonomy
Three subspecies accepted:
- C. t. femininus from southeast Tibet to southwest China (Sichuan and Yunnan)
- C. t. dubius in western China (Qinghai to Gansu, Ningxia and Sichuan)
- C. t. deserticolor in western China (northeast Qinghai)
Formerly considerd conspecific with Himalayan White-browed Rosefinch.
Habitat
Temperate forests and shrubland.
