Identification

Distribution

Saint Helena.

Taxonomy

Two subspecies recognized sometimes accepted as full species:

  • N. a. acunhae on Inaccessible Island - Inaccessible Island Finch
  • N. a. questi on Nightingale Island - Nightingale Island Finch

Habitat

Temperate shrubland and subantarctic grassland.
