Eastern Africa: South Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania
Middle East: Arabian Peninsula, Saudi Arabia, Yemen

  • P. u. dorcadichroa
  • P. u. alpinus
  • Ruwenzori Mountains
  • P. u. wilhelmi

Habitat

Forests, shrubland, montanes and gardens.
