Genus: Calyptomena
Description
Three green broadbills of southeast Asia, two endemic to Borneo.
All three species are plump, green birds with a short tail, a short bill and a forehead tuft covering most of the bill.
They eat mainly fruits but take also some insects.
Taxonomy
Calyptomena is a genus in the family Calyptomenidae.
It is sometimes alternatively placed in the family Eurylaimidae.
