- Daito Islands (southern Japanese Archipelago)

- Lan-yü Island (off south-eastern Taiwan)

- Philippines: islands in the Batan and Babuyan island groups, including Itbayat, Batan, Sabtang, Calayan, Camiguin Norte, and perhaps others

Semi tropical evergreen forest edges to 550m and farmland.
