    Red Tailed Hawk Bob! 8-P Buzzard I think, as Phil says pale chest band although it looked to me to be a juvenile Red Kite at one point! Certainly an unusually marked Buzzard if so. Hybrid Buzzard/Kite maybe? :-O

    No Bob, it flew across the N Moors pool to the tree & tried to perch then flew back across the plantation.

    First visit for a while to the new hide. It's proving to be a really good place to view from. Mallard family, Common Tern, Sparrowhawk, 1 Swift, Reed Warbler, GSW on feeder & a new spot for me, a Common Toad.

    Hi John, Countrywide Stores (Stoke Prior & Upton) are closing down & have a big discounts sale on now, 30-50% I think. So could be a cheaper source of birdfood possibly. I did have a discount card which I left with Paul M I think as well though they may not honour that given the circumstances...

    I was walking past the N Moors on the Causeway at 2pm that day, didn't see anything. One of the Little Egrets had flown up towrds the N Moors pool earlier. Rob

    I suspect someone is doing it to attract the Swans right upto the hide.

    I wonder if short videos showing paths, gates, steps, obstacles etc on the Trust's reserves section on their website might help? Don't know if they can do it though just a thought. Rob
