    Zeiss warranty service -- how good?

    My central focus on my Conquest 8x30 that I had bought second hand had somehow become stuck so sent the bins into Zeiss. They sent me an email explaining that they had recieved the bins.     FZ38 Custom mode advice

    Hi I am very new to photography. I would like to know on the 3 custom settings (C on the wheel) how to actually save these settings? I cant figure it out. Essentially what I would like is to have at least one of them with a manual focus option and the other settings i.e ISO, shutter speed etc...

    'Birder' or 'photographer' it is not in the interest of schedule 1 species to be advertised on this site especially at this time of the year. I know of at least one site last year where the chicks were taken prior to fledging. This was a site that was regulary featured on a local sightings...
