    I'll be home tomorrow with 106 species since Friday. Blog to follow. Highlights being the Caspian Tern, Bluethroat, Purple Heron and Bonellis eagle. Its been a family holiday so Birding has taken a back seat. The number of species does show how good Birding is on the island for very little effort.

    Drive from playa de muro to the cap must have seen 20 red kites along the way. 6 booted eagles also. At the cap 1 bonellis eagle. At the saltpans peregrine 165 kentish plover 30 little stint. 8 curlew 1 grey plover 1 turnstone 3 sanderling.

    Looking over the s'albufera reserve from lagotel, the caspian tern is still around. 110 flamingos and 4 Marble duck/teal, 8 Glossy ibis, 12 Avocet the highlight so far.
