Wisconsin various (1 Viewer)

I normally live in Ethiopia, which is where I caught the birding bug, but I'm back home in Wisconsin for a visit and am trying to get a handle on birding in this area. I'll post some recent shots of birds that have given me some trouble. I appreciate your help! (sorry for low quality on some shots, the birds were pretty far away)

1. Thought it was a Downy/Hairy at first, but looking at the photo it might be yellow-bellied sapsucker? I also saw a red-bellied woodpecker in the area.
2. I'm having trouble with the flycatchers...possibly a Willow with that whitish throat?
3. Not sure...blue-ish gloss on back.
4. I think Downy, but can someone help me with how to best distinguish it from Hairy? My guidebook says length of bill in comparison with head and possibly barring on white tail edges?
5. Flicker?

I agree with you on 1,4 & 5

3 possibly an immature Bluebird or leusictic Bluebird? Not sure on 2 though.

4. Downy (from the tail spots. Hard to see the bill in this view)

Eastern Phoebe for #2. Agree with Jeff on the rest.

That makes sense to me - that tail is really long.
