Hi

At least one program on my computer does not work properly. When I try to use on of its features I get this message:

The program can't start because icuuc38.dll is missing from your computer.

I've tried doing a search and thought downloaded it but I'm not sure what to do with it now.

Any help much appreciated.

You need to "Register" the dll so that Windows knows that is there.

So save it somewhere, either in the program folder or in Windows/System then follow the instructions.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately which ever of the two methods I use I get the error messages that they show as possible.

Where have you put the DLL if it doesn't work when in the programme folder try the Windows\System32 folder, if you have a 64bit version of Windows you might need to put a copy in Windows\SysWOW64 as well as System32.
