Hi, my name is Jason and I'm new to this site and new to birds.
Today I was driving home and in my neighbor hood on the side of the road I saw a crow attacking a small fledging, I scared the crow away and quickly wrapped the bird up in a towel I had in my back seat. The took the bird home and put him into a box with a nice cloth and a warm water bottle. He was very shakin up by after a while calmed down. I went to the store and bought worms and he has been eating. I'm just afraid he could be hurt. One eye is red, and I think he has lost sight in it, but other than that he looks pretty good. I just need to know what times to feed him and how often.

Hi Jason and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

We have some guidelines for you about injured birds, here. I hope you find them useful.

Please let us know how you get on.
