If you want to edit pictures online then Pixlr is good http://apps.pixlr.com/editor/

But it offers no more that freeware run on your PC. The only benefit I can think is that if you habitually use other people's/public computers and want the same interface, or you have a Chromebook and don't like Picassa.

Google's Picasa is worth a try.

Agree with Mike, if you want free Picasa is a good one.

THANKS lads but ive found a good free one...its very easy to use especially for eraseing stuff...its called FOTOFLEXER.COM

I use photoscape

I use photoscape it is fast and easy just clip the resize pick the size then save
