Are the Nikon High Grades being revised/updated etc?

Just noticed that the Nikon 8x42 HG now seem to be priced £749, down from £999.

Warehouse express have them on offer for £599!

Just wondered how long they might stay at that price, as they are getting close to my kind of budget!

There's a few shops have them discounted at present. Earlier threads on this forum suggest a new lighter Nikon is on the way.
