Pipits - which ones (1 Viewer)

Taken in the Orkneys this August. I am sure the sea birds are a family of great skuas. The one pipitwhich is all visible seems to have a light streak over its eye, not a great picture. The second one with two images I think is a meadow or rock pipit Thank you to anyone who knows !

The pipits all look like Rock (dusky appearance, heavy streaking, all dark bill) to me, unsure about the first image as I am viewing on a mobile.
