Natureview vs Pentax PCF WP II 8x40 (1 Viewer)

OK - I can get a pair of Pentax PCF WP II 8x40 for $78 US shipped from a reputable dealer here in US. They carry full new warranty and dealer is an authorized Pentax dealer, so purchase is safe. They are open-box demos but not refurbs.

I am comparing them to the Natureview 8x40 Birder, which retails for around $60 US shipped. The Pentax usually retails for around $170 shipped. FOV and close focus appear to be about the same, but Pentax has full waterproofing. Both are Porro prisms.

Any compelling reason NOT to buy the Pentax at that price? Both good birding binos? Good optics? Anything else in the under-$100 range I should look at buying? Swift? Nikon? Other Bushnells?

A little on the large size, optics are great wouldn't hesitate on the Pentax at that price! Better optics than the Bushnell, build definetly goes to the Pentax. Bryce.
