Pentax 8x25, 10x25 DCF SW Binoculars (1 Viewer)

At $114 to $140, these are loose-able; its not the end of the world if you loose them. They have long eye relief.
Could any of you give us a review on these?

I am considering these versus the Nikon 10x25 Premier. I know the Nikon's will be better, but the Nikon's are almost 3 x as much. Any word on the quality of view and make?

Thanks
