Hello ,
I saw this dove on a green hillside around Cox's Bazar.
I am thinking this is a Spotted Dove, but I am not certain. Perhaps Laughing Dove? Any opinions? Thanks, z

Yep, definitely spotted dove. Laughing dove is a rare vagrant in Bangladesh, but Spotted is all over.
Laughing would be more reddish and wouldn't show the "spots" on the neck which this one shows.
