My dad loves bird watching and so I always keep an eye out for unique feeders and bird watching gifts. One of his favorites is watching hummingbirds. Anyway I think this is a bird feeder, not entirely sure but it was at a garage sale and the owner didn't really know anything about it. I picked it up and just wanted to see if anyone here knew about it. I have a photo of what I believe is a feeder and one of the feeder nipple that controls the release of the liquid.
