Hi, I am completely stumped on this bird, Merlin bird sound id thought it was an American Pipit but the yellow eye is making me doubt that. I saw it last week in the Petrified Forest National Park in Airzona.

Thank you very much! Seems like whenever I'm stumped I'm usually looking at a thrasher, I should just keep a bookmark in that section.
 
Agree. Did the op do something weird to the photos? I get a load of gibberish text when I click on them: as if they're being rendered as a text form of the binary---or is it just me?

I think they just have massively long file name.
Double tap , goes & image is clear.
