Bird ID Panama Pipeline Road (1 Viewer)

Dear fellow birders,

I was not able to identify these species I've photographed in early December 2022 and I would be very happy if you could help me.
The young raptor was fairly big, perhaps a hawk-eagle?

The flycatcher 2 is an elaenia. I'd go with yellow-bellied: it's either that or lesser. I think the eye ring quite strong here and the crest fairly prominent. Unfortunate that we can't see the belly
