Hello,
I’m new here. A friend pointed to me to you. We found a bird’s next in coastal Treen, in west conrwall. We were hacking a lot of bramble and blackthorn to make a path.
It is quite small, fits in the palm of my hand (my hands are small). It’s mostly made of green moss, packed and woven with fine twigs, It is an intelligent bird, the weaving of the twigs has dexterity. Beneath the moss, there is a cob like foundation.
we thought perhaps a robin or a chuff because of the size and the because they like this meadow.
I have no idea how to post the picture here. I tried to figure it out for hours. It seems I need a a URL but all I have is an image from my phone.
I would be grateful to know how I can upload a picture and perhaps someone here can help me find out the bird that would have nested in it. Anyone can help? Dee x
