Bop french pyrenees. Buzzard? Honey buzzard? Other? (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
I saw two of these before I had my scope out. Got a few pics and assumed they were buzzards but the wings look chunky and with the brightness turned up enough the tail markings might suggest honey buzzard?

Thanks for any thoughts.
