Hi all, I want to start bird photography as I have just found my Canon 1300D but I have read somewhere it's not really suitable for Birdwatching and to prehaps look at a 40D instead ? Anyone know as to why this would be ?
I was initially looking to buy the Sigma 150-600mm lense to fit on my 1300D but now a little worried/confused as so much choice out there and didn't want to spend out for a camera body aswell as a zoom lense. Can anyone offer any thoughts please 🙏

Kind Regards
Matt
