Central Florida - Chunky hawk ID (1 Viewer)

Hello, would anyone be able to identify this puffy hawk? This was in suburban Central Florida on 1/26/2022. Thank you very much, and I’m sorry the photos aren’t very crisp.

...like almost every raptor in south/central Florida. Note contrastingly-barred secondaries, small bill, and cuddly mien. Adult.
