North-Central Florida, Alachua County Bird ID (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Could anyone help me identify this bird? It was in Alachua County, Florida (North Central Fl) on November 8th, 2022. I'm sorry for the photo being heavily pixelated; he was very small and bouncy! I noticed he has a white eye ring, grey body, and green or yellow sections of feathers. The Merlin app identified it as a Blue-headed vireo, but I'm not 100% sure about it.

Thank you for any suggestions!
